The Women's Health Council was established to empower women as ambassadors for health equity in the communities surrounding Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers. This dedicated group helps develop solutions for pressing healthcare concerns affecting families in the Southeast Valley.

- Dr. Nicole O. Afuape, Advanced gynecologic surgeon, sexual health and pelvic pain specialist
- Dr. Erum Azhar, Leader of the OBGYN residency program in East Valley, an OBGYN specialist with expertise in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety focused on well-women care, cancer screenings, pregnancy, postpartum and managing perimenopause
- Dr. Rachel Bond, Cardiologist with special interest in women's heart health, prevention, and pregnancy-related heart disease
- Amanada Budach, PT - Outpatient Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
